How to Order Our website is open 24/7 to offer you Great service and Great Canadian Product. It's easy and safe to place your order online via our website, but if you prefer to speak to a live person, you may call us at 1 (866) 725-2750 Monday through Friday 10 am to 6 pm ET and we'll be happy to assist you.
What to Order Please feel free to order whatever you're interested in from anywhere on the website. Both individual product and Gift Baskets can be processed within the same order althogh please keep in mind that they may be packed and/or shipped in separate packaging and may be shipped via different methods, depending on weight and order requests.
Gifts going to Separate Destinations It is possible to order gifts that are going to separate destinations or separate people. If you are doing this within your order, please be very clear about which destination/person each product or gift basket is going to. You can easily do this by specifying details in the "Send to" section of any product listing on the website. When you complete the order in the checkout process, the products going to each person/destination will be clearly listed - please ensure that any specific gift messages are also clearly recorded for each separate order in the space provided. Incomplete entries will delay your order. Order Confirmation and Tracking After you place an order, you will receive two emails from us. The first will arrive shortly after you place your order, confirming that we've received it. The second will be sent after your order has shipped. The second email will contain your order number along with a link you can use to track the arrival/shipping status of your order. If you have any questions about the arrival of your order, you can call us at 1 (866) 725-2750 and we can assist you; please have your order number ready.
Changing/Canceling Your Order If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us at 1 (866) 725-2750 to speak to one of our customer service representatives. Please be aware that once your order is submitted, making any changes may delay it's departure. If your order has already left our warehouse, simply wait for it to arrive and then contact us for return instructions.
Payment Methods At this time, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express via the website and of course you're also welcome to use cash or debit if shopping with us in person. We do not accept cash, cheques, money orders or CODs for online orders. Payment for Corporate Orders is managed on an individual basis through our Corporate Services Department.
The Three Different Types of Orders that we Deal With
Individual Orders of Product Individual orders of product will be processed by our staff in the order that they are received. Orders should be processed, picked, packed and shipped out to you (or the gift recipient) within a 48 hour period.
Individual Orders of Gift Baskets Our customers usually order Gift Baskets with a very specific time frame (to arrive for a birthday or special occasion, to comfort a grieving family after a funeral etc.). With this fact in mind, we make every effort to process, assemble and ship out or deliver gift baskets as soon as possible. Gift basket deliveries within the Greater Hamilton Area are hand-delivered by the next business day after receipt of order. Depending on the destination, Gift Basket deliveries in the Greater Toronto and Golden Horseshoe areas are delivered within 24-36 hours of receipt of order. Gift Basket deliveries to other parts of Ontario and the rest of Canada are shipped by courier and will arrive within 3 - 5 business days. Orders to the United States are dealt with similarly and they are sent by Canada Post (U.S. Service). This service will take 5-7 days for arrival to it's destination. We ship world-wide - with the shipping to European and other destinations being calculated on an individual basis as we try to find the most economical means possible for your order depending on it's size and contents.
Corporate Orders Corporate
Orders (of product or gift baskets) will be processed as a group order
